Our services focus on biological sewage treatment plants for domestic and industrial wastewater. Our treatment plants are tailored to the individual project conditions and equipped with best-in-class equipment made in Germany or elsewhere in Europe. In most cases our reliable equipment surpasses the local requirements regarding effluent quality and energy consumption.
For all process types we guarantee an economic plant operation, excellent purification efficiency with highest possible reduction of carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus. Especially in arid regions our treatment plants are designed for sustainable reuse of treated wastewater for irrigation of greens, parks, etc. Our plant concepts also include numerous technical solutions to meet the requirements of a 4th purification stage.
We are particularly proud of our three self-developed products: the BSK®-Turbine, the BSK®-Decanter and the floating sensor holder BSK®-FSH 3/5. In their respective areas of application, all three products represent the best technology available on the market today.
We also take care for planning of your biological sewage treatment plants. In addition to the planning order, we also equip your sewage treatment plant with the appropriate technical process equipment.
We often design our biological wastewater treatment plants as space-saving SBR-systems but are also familiar with continuous flow plants.
Before the wastewater can be treated in the biological purification process by microorganisms, it is necessary to filter out coarse and fine solids.
Depending on the project conditions, we offer standardized or individual solutions for this first purification stage.
We ensure an ideal oxygen supply of microorganisms in the sewage sludge with our used technology for aeration and circulation of water.
Our masterpiece, the BSK®-Turbine, is suitable for the introduction of oxygen into the wastewater in continuous flow systems with separate aeration tanks and for SBR wastewater treatment plants.
With our BSK®-decanter, we offer a low-maintenance technology that canseparate purified water from activated sludge.
Before you can either dispose sludge from sewage treatment plants or reuse it for different purposes, it must be treated and processed for the specific purpose.
